Viola has kept many of her traditional recipes over the years, however, she has changed some a little to fit her customers appetites. Viola believes in hard work, dedication to her job and giving people the best quality of food and service. One of most attractive features is itís large platters of food. The large combination is served on 16 1/2 inch plate. It is filled with cheese enchilada, tostada, taco, burrito, chile verde, rice and beans all smothered in sauce and cheese. Viola has always felt people worked hard for their money and providing a satisfying, authentic Mexican meal would make it worth their money.
